Purchasing Tickets to the Rochester Opera House

Important Information!
All purchases have an additional $4.00 per ticket to assist us in the maintenance and preservation of this historic theater.
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. In the event that you cannot use your tickets, you can return them to the Rochester Opera House. If we are able to re-sell them, you can then take the full value of the tickets as a tax-deductible donation to the Rochester Opera House. The Rochester Opera House offers several options for purchasing tickets:

2. Phone Sales & Box Office Sales

During our 2008 - 2009 Season, the box office window is open from 10am until 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and two hours prior to all showtimes in the lobby of the Rochester city hall building located at 31 Wakefield Street in Rochester, NH.
Our box office staff can take your credit card orders over the phone. The Rochester Opera House accepts all major credit cards. Tickets will not be mailed, but will be held at WILL CALL.

3. Mail Order Sales

You may mail in a check, money order or credit card information to purchase your tickets. All mail order sales should include an additional processing fee of $3.00. We will return a receipt to you via postal mail. Tickets purchased in this fashion will not be mailed to you, but will be held at WILL CALL.

4. ROH is Handicapped Accessible*

Tickets for patrons requiring accessible seating of any kind are available through our Box Office .

Accessible seats may be purchased in one of two ways:

1. In person at the Box Office, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00am – 5:00pm

2. By phone at 603-335-1992 during the above business hours.

Information regarding particular needs of individual patrons is very important to us. If it is desired or necessary, patrons may advise us of type of disability, the size of a wheelchair (if applicable), preference to use our seats or remain in their own chair, etc.

Note: For the majority of performances, the Rochester Opera House is fully wheelchair accessible. Due to the historic nature of the building, however, events in which the auditorium floor is lowered and the seating removed are not wheelchair accessible. *

Access into our lobby is located on the side of the building, directly adjacent to handicap parking in the municipal parking lot, in between the old police station and the city hall building. The elevator is the first door on the left.
