Tusk, The Ultimate Fleetwood Mac Tribute, is the #1 Tribute to Fleetwood Mac in the world, bar none! No wigs, no backing tracks, no gimmicks, just five musicians recreating the music of Fleetwood Mac to perfection with note for note renditions that no other Fleetwood Mac tribute on the touring scene today can come close to duplicating.  Tusk covers all the great hits of Fleetwood Mac, which has featured the talents of Mick Fleetwood, Christine and John McVie, Lindsey Buckingham, Stevie Nicks and others over the years. The five seasoned, well-respected musicians comprising Tusk have been making music together in various combinations and styles, in original outfits and in cover bands, for over twenty-five years.  It seemed only fitting that they should come together to form the Ultimate Fleetwood Mac Tribute, and pay homage to a group that dominated the charts during the band members’ formative years.

A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM (March 8-10)
THEATRE

Picture
Tickets
A story about order and disorder, reality, magic, friendship, and yes...love (ew). A great party is planned to celebrate the Marriage of the Queen of the Amazons to Theseus, Duke of Athens. A great feast and incredible play is planned to happen...that is, if the Faerie King and Queen can get along long enough to not ruin it.

Unseen by the humans, King Oberon and Queen Titania of the faerie realm have been arguing, and decide to get back at each other through magic pranks - which end up affecting their human neighbors. Pranks, mistaken identity, confused lovers, 'frenemy fights,' and bad acting (by great actors!) prevail in this version of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream!

RPAC Teen Theater Performer Program offers a full production experience: set, props, costumes, choreography, and combat training by our professional staff. Our rehearsal process also features workshop training in subjects such as Shakespeare's Text, Physicality, and Stage Combat. These workshops are developed to support our actors throughout their rehearsals, elevating our performance to an even higher level!

An evil stepmother… two vain insulting stepsisters… and an orphan girl nicknamed Cinderella who's forced to do their bidding. Cinderella tolerates her dysfunctional step-family’s demands with strength and dignity (and some tears), until that fateful day when she is invited to the royal ball and discovered by a prince who falls in love with not just her outer beauty but her inner beauty. Now, Sole City Dance in association with the Rochester Opera House presents a new ballet by Assaf Benchetrit, assistant professor of dance at UNH. This original work captures not just the graceful beauty of ballet, its athleticism and charm, but the deeper meanings within the story: that inner strength, dignity and core values lead to a more fulfilling and beautiful life.

LENNY CLARKE - Friday, June 7 (8pm)
MAINSTAGE | Sponsored by: LAARS Heating Systems Company

Picture
Tickets
R-RATED    Lenny Clarke has an oddly calibrated act — his material and his perspective are very much in an old-school Don Rickles vein, but his attitude is very much that of a quick-witted young comic. This contrast comes wrapped in a conversational, deceptively genial delivery, with just brief moments of clowning. Clarke is also unpredictable in a very good way on stage — you don’t know where he’s going to go next! He’s a unique and funny performer and truly worth catching. Lenny is famous for his thick Boston accent and role as Uncle Teddy on the series Rescue Me.  He was the most famous "saloon comic" in Boston during the 1980s, the heyday of the Boston comedy scene.

BLUE ÖYSTER CULT - Saturday, September 14 (8pm)
SPECIAL EVENT

Picture
TICKETS
For over four decades, Blue Öyster Cult has been thrilling fans of intelligent hard rock worldwide with powerful albums loaded with classic songs.  Indeed, the Long Island, NY based band is revered within the hard rock and heavy metal scene for its pioneering work. Blue Öyster Cult occupies a unique place in rock history because it's one of very few hard rock/heavy metal bands to earn both genuine mainstream critical acclaim as well as commercial success. BÖC's canon includes three stone-cold classic songs that will waft through the cosmos long after the sun has burned out: The truly haunting "(Don't Fear) The Reaper" from 1976's Agents of Fortune, the pummeling "Godzilla" from 1977's Spectres and the hypnotically melodic "Burnin' for You" from1981's Fire of Unknown Origin. Other notable BÖC songs include "Cities on Flame with Rock and Roll," "Then Came the Last Days of May," "I Love the Night," "In Thee," "Veteran of the Psychic Wars," "Dominance and Submission," "Astronomy," "Black Blade" and "Shooting Shark." The intense creative vision of BÖC's original core duo of vocalist/lead guitarist Donald "Buck Dharma" Roeser, and vocalist/rhythm guitarist Eric Bloom are complemented by Richie Castellano on guitar and keyboards, and the longtime rhythm section of bass guitarist Danny Miranda, and drummer Jules Radino.
