• Theater Style Seating: 150
• Banquet Style Seating: 75

SEATING AVAILABLE:

• 5 - 5ft Round Tables (seats 6-8)
• 20 - 4ft Square Tables (seats 4-5)
• 4 - 8ft Banquet Tables
• 8 - High Top Tables (seats 2-4)
• Chairs for up to 150 people​

THE "FINE PRINT":

• We ask for a non-refundable $100 to hold your rental date. Balance should be paid by date of event.
• There is a $50 cleaning fee on all rentals.
• ​We do not supply linens, decorations, setup, or load in/load out your sound or lighting.
• Event host is required to do all setup/cleanup during their scheduled time in the space. Additional time could result in a rate increase.
• We include the use of the lobby, tables, and chairs. The requested tables and chairs will be set out for you to arrange however you'd like to use the space.
• Decorations may only be hung using non-damaging adhesives, or pins on curtained areas. The use of glitter is not allowed. Any damages may result in additional charges.

Rental Rates

HOURLY RATES:

• Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM: $40/hr
• Monday - Thursday, 4PM - 10PM: $50/hr
• Friday & Saturday, 4PM - 10PM: $75/hr
• Saturday & Sunday, 8AM - 4PM: $60/hr
• Sunday, 4PM - 10PM: $60/hr

​BLOCK RATE DISCOUNTS:

• Weekdays, 8AM - 4PM: $175 for 5 hours
• Saturday & Sunday, 8AM - 4PM: $250 for 5 hours
• Weekdays & Sunday, 4PM - 10PM: $250 for 5 hours
• Friday - Saturday, 4PM - 10PM: $325 for 5 hours
