Studio 2 Stage – Ages 10 – 17

Tuesdays 3:30 – 5:00pm

Dates: May 19 – July 7

Studio 2 Stage is a new program at RPAC – perfect for kids and teens, ages 10-17. Students will have one weekly group rehearsal where they learn to play classic rock songs, delve into music theory, and learn best practices for mixing and recording. In addition, participants have the opportunity to take a weekly private music lesson with an RPAC instructor who helps them learn the concepts, nuances, and skills behind their chosen instrument (lessons are at a 50% discount for participants).

Studio 2 Stage is crafted to help support students learning an instrument, learning to play and improvise as part of a greater band/group, and is meant to help build confidence in performing onstage.

No prior experience with an instrument is necessary to start this program. Individuals or teen bands are encouraged to sign up to get incredible one-on-one assistance with a working musician, and also grow into playing in a group setting.

Our music instructors are supported by sound engineers and acting coaches to help build confidence, learn how to brand yourself as a musician, and provide training in mixing and performance – all while playing on professional grade instruments! We hope Studio 2 Stage can help our students grow from beginner musicians to confident local stars!

Our Spring 2026 semester of Studio 2 Stage will run for 8 weeks beginning May 19. Group class will meet Tuesdays 3:30PM – 5:00PM, and private lessons can be scheduled independently.

Financial assistance and scholarship funds are available on a case-by-case basis to any student who may need support. Please CONTACT US today for more information.

Instrument Grant awarded through Music Drives Us in support of our Studio 2 Stage program for teens.
Music Drives Us partnered with Falcetti Music in purchasing the instruments.

January 29 – June 4

Showstoppers is a performance-based musical theatre class for students in grades 3-8. The class will work collaboratively each week on a junior musical to be performed at the end of the session for family and friends. Students will learn various aspects of musical theatre production including, vocal control and projection, character development and analysis, movement and choreography; as well as develop techniques to gain confidence in their overall performing abilities. Please note: This class requires additional practice time at home to review, prepare, and solidify what has been taught in class. Students should also be prepared to commit to being at class each week, except for sickness and extenuating circumstances. It is a true group class and students rely heavily on each other being there to be the best they can be!
During this session students will be transported to a magical icy kingdom full of fabulous, but often chilly characters! Some want to know what it’s like to be “In Summer”, while others will ask you, “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” If you think you would like to “Let it Go” and grow your performance abilities on stage, Showstoppers is for you.
